North Coast GP Training (NCGPT) is a regional training provider established under a Commonwealth Government initiative to provide vocational training to junior doctors and general practice registrars. Our training region stretches from just south of Port Macquarie in the south to Tweed Heads in the north and west to the Great Dividing Range.

North Coast GP Training is based in the Northern NSW beachside town of Ballina, a regional hub with a population of around 20,000. Ballina is a two hour drive south of Brisbane and twenty minutes from Byron Bay.
