Training Team
North Coast GP Training has a training team consisting of the Director of Training and several medical educators. All are experienced GPs. Our training team is complemented by over 60 accredited GP supervisors throughout the region.
Regional medical educators are based in Ballina, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. Their role is to help registrars achieve their learning objectives, provide advice on training needs and undertake External Clinical Teaching (ECT) and Training Appraisal (TA) Visits. They also provide education programs and support for registrars and GP supervisors.
