Bruce says he is now on his third career. After twenty odd years working in various policy and program roles in the great bureaucracy that is Canberra, Bruce and his wife Jan and their three kids made an early sea change landing in Ballina in the early 90’s.

For the next decade Bruce joined the sharp end of service delivery in the welfare sector as manager of various Centrelink offices on the North Coast and Gold Coast. Leaving the public service in 2005 Bruce set up his own coaching and consultancy business and one of his first jobs was preparing NCGPT for accreditation with their funding body GPET.

Finding NCGPT such a great place to work with such a committed group of people made accepting a more permanent role with NCGPT an easy decision!

Outside of work, Bruce enjoys travel, good wine, home renovation (only kidding!), gardening, music and fundraising for CanTeen.
