Sue grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney. Sue's working life started at the Commonwealth Bank then changed to office work. Sue achieved her career of choice by becoming a wife and mother by the ripe old age of 24.
Before the trendy saying of "seachange" was invented Sue started travelling around Australia . When she landed on the Far North Coast she decided it couldn't get any better than this. So here she stayed to raise her two children. Working options changed dramatically with family life so Sue did her bit by waiting tables and helping to run a pizza shop.
With the children finally in high school and able to fend for themselves, Sue re-entered the workforce doing relief work for the Northern Rivers Division of General Practice. This led to the great opportunity to work firstly part-time in the start up phase of NCGPT then moving into a full time position.
Ten years later, Sue is still loving working for North Coast GP Training, it is a very interesting and an ever changing program that keeps her feet firmly planted in the organisation.
